Last updated: March 5, 2026 By downloading, installing, or using the Huzur application ("App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. 1. Service Description huzur is an Islamic lifestyle application developed by Comma Labs Yazılım Anonim Şirketi ("Comma Labs," "we"). The App offers: - Prayer times and prayer tracking - Qibla direction (compass) - Holy Quran (Arabic text, translations, audio recitation) - Dua and dhikr collection - Digital tasbih - Fasting calendar - Habit tracker - Home screen and lock screen widgets - Zakat calculator - AI-powered Quran explanations and Islamic guidance - AI chat assistant - Reminders and notifications 2. Account and Registration 2.1 You must create an account to use the App. 2.2 You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information. 2.3 You can delete your account at any time within the App or by emailing info@commalabs.co. 3. Acceptable Use When using the App: - You may only use it for lawful purposes. - You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission. - You may not engage in activities that compromise the App's security. - You may not attempt reverse engineering, source code extraction, or modification of the App. - You may not use the App to harass, threaten, or harm other users. 4. AI Services and Limitation of Liability 4.1 The AI assistant ("huzur AI") and Quran explanation feature are for informational purposes only. 4.2 Information from the AI does not constitute religious rulings (fatwa), legal advice, or medical advice. 4.3 AI responses may not always be accurate or complete. For important religious matters, always consult a qualified scholar. 4.4 Information shared with the AI is processed under our Privacy Policy. 5. Subscriptions and Payments 5.1 The App may offer free features and paid premium subscriptions. 5.2 Subscription fees are charged through the App Store or Google Play. 5.3 Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. 5.4 Cancellation and refunds: Subscription cancellation and refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's policies. 5.5 Price changes will be communicated in advance. 6. Intellectual Property 6.1 The App, its design, logo, content, and source code are the intellectual property of Comma Labs. 6.2 Quran text and translations are used with permission of their respective copyright holders. 6.3 User-generated content (notes, bookmarks) belongs to the user. 7. User-Generated Content 7.1 You are responsible for content you create within the App (notes, bookmarks, etc.). 7.2 A mechanism for reporting inappropriate content is available. 7.3 Content violating our rules may be removed without notice. 7.4 Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination. 8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 The App is provided "as is" and "as available." 8.2 Comma Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App. 8.3 Prayer times depend on location accuracy; we cannot guarantee absolute precision. Please verify with official sources. 8.4 Comma Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. 9. Service Changes and Termination 9.1 We reserve the right to modify the App's features, pricing, or availability with prior notice. 9.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. 9.3 In the event of permanent service discontinuation, reasonable advance notice will be provided. 10. Third-Party Services The App may use third-party services (AI APIs, analytics, cloud infrastructure). These services have their own terms of use and privacy policies. 11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify Comma Labs against all claims, lawsuits, damages, and costs arising from your use of the App in violation of these Terms. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. 12.2 Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. 12.3 For unresolved disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction. 13. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 14. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes. 15.
